During the course you will learn how to install, manage and supply troubleshooting support to end user of Microsoft Windows 7. After successfully completing the course you will be able to qualify as a Windows 7 Certified Desktop Support Technician teaches you efficiently installing, configuring and managing the Microsoft Windows 7 desktop operating system in a business environment.

Entry Requirements

Ideally you would have experience in implementing and administering any Windows client operating system in a networked environment. One year of experience is required in order to apply for this course.

Exams: There only one online exam to be taken at the end of the course.

Once you successfully completed the course you will be able to gain the Windows 7 Certified Desktop Support Technician.
