Senior Technical Support
Work Responsibilities
As a Senior Technical Support you will be responsible to find and correct software and hardware problems. You would be expected to deal with customers as well as fixing desktops and equipments like printers and scanners. Installing and setting up new equipment as well as upgrading existing systems would also be your responsibility.
Skills Required
It is desirable that you have a good knowledge of computer systems. You can choose a different range of courses that we offer. You can also be able to start out with an engineering, electronics or information technology course. You can speak to our advisers if you require more information about the courses.
Work Hours and Environment
You may work as part of a team within a company, or support outside commercial clients. The working hours will depend on which company you work with.
Salary
Salaries start from £28,000 and can go up to £42,000.
